Compensation and Benefits:
Starting wage for the Graphic Artist position is based on experience.
401k (employer match of $.50 for every dollar employee contributes up to 6% of their wages. This amounts to $750 - $900 annual company match for newly eligible employees).
Experience with Adobe Illustrator is preferred.
This is an on-site position and cannot be done remotely.
Duties may include catalog design and layout, creating and/or modifying customer provided designs, sublimation design, layout, and production.
Ripon Athletic will train candidates who show the desire to learn, have good attendance, and have the ability to work well with others.
Employees evaluated for salary increases after first 60 days, 6 months, and first year.
