Job Application: Customer Service Representative

Ripon Athletic, a Berlin, Wisconsin-based custom manufacturer of athletic apparel, uniforms, and jackets, is actively hiring another Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR position requires superior customer service skills in helping clients throughout the pre-sale, order entry, and post-sale stages. The CSR will maintain a high level of knowledge about our product lines, provide accurate and complete information to our Sales Representatives and Team Dealers, and assist in general office duties. The CSR will also assist the Sales Manager and Office Manager in various customer support situations.

For this position, we are looking for a candidate with a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent communication skills, and a professional phone demeanor. The individual must be confident, enthusiastic, and have a strong desire to exceed customer expectations. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in data entry and computer technology, including Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook. Additionally, the ability to learn complex programs, understand new software applications, and manage multiple Internet search windows effectively is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits:   

  • Annual compensation range $45,000 to $60,000. Range includes highly regarded Health and Dental Insurance package ($11,000 - $25,000 annually depending on individual/insurance needs) and value of benefits below.

  • 401k (employer match of $.50 for every dollar employee contributes up to 6% of their wages. This amounts to $750 - $900 annual company match for newly eligible employees).
